Support & Hosting.

Reliable hosting and website maintenance, as well as various levels of support which match your specific needs and budget expectations.

On-going Support & Maintenance.

We offer an initial 30 days of free and complete website support to all our new clients. This will help you get set up with your new competition site, as well as decide what level of support is right for you.

Alongside website support and maintenance, we offer several plugins that are designed to optimise your website and automate important processes to keep your competition business running smoothly. You can read more about our competition plugins here.

Our support channels include Slack, a knowledgebase, as well as an opportunity to contact Team Zap in and out of work hours for emergencies. These support services will vary depending on what level of support you have opted for. Keep on reading to find out more.

Our Support Channels.

As part of your trial period and continued on as a premium level of support, clients will have a dedicated support channel on Slack and stay connected to a knowledgeable team member. Your channel will operate on a basis of 8am to 6pm Monday to Thursday, 8am to 4pm Friday.

Don’t worry if you’ve never used Slack before. It’s designed to be simple to use and we provide full instructions to our clients when their channel is created.

As your first point of reference, we are continuously adding to an area of our website which is designed for client support. While still in its early stages, we plan to include plenty of how-to guides, FAQs, and video tutorials to help you with your competition business.

This support channel is available to all clients at no additional cost.

Emergency Support.

“Have you tried turning it off and on again?”

For emergencies, a developer or necessary team member can be contacted during or outside of work hours. Please note that additional charges will apply.

Reliable Hosting.

This is essential for competition businesses who want to deliver on a great customer experience and don’t want to risk losing any customers.

Ecommerce sites are resource-intensive on their own. Add the unique random number selector, which adds thousands of more calculations and resources. If you have 50+ people trying to buy multiple different tickets, all needing a random number, and the system has to bring all that information back without duplicating numbers, the system is working overtime.

Poor web hosting can result in slow loading times, poor security and frequent website crashes. For your competition business, this translates to lost ticket sales, disgruntled customers and a poor reputation.

With Think Zap, you can expect a server built specifically for your type of website. With multiple users and thousands of calculations being made at one time, making sure the website copes with anything we throw at it.
