• This Ticket Limit Disclaimer and Indemnification Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Think Zap Limited, with its principal place of business located at Pavilion 2 Finnieston Business Park, Minerva Way, Glasgow, United Kingdom, G3 8AU ("Company"), and you, a client of the Company ("Client").

    Acknowledgement of Ticket Limits and Associated Risks

    1. Acknowledgement of Competition Ticket Limit: The Client acknowledges that the Company's plugin enforces a maximum ticket limit of 100,000 tickets per competition.
    2. Acknowledgement of User Ticket Limit: The Client acknowledges that the Company's plugin enforces a maximum ticket limit of 1,000 tickets per individual user.
    3. Server Resources and Variables: The Client acknowledges that generating tickets beyond the specified limits can require extensive server resources and that the capability of a server to manage such resources depends on multiple variables, including but not limited to server size, available memory, and processing power.
    4. System Testing Limitations: The Client understands that the Company has only tested the system up to 100,000 tickets per competition and 1,000 tickets per individual user. Exceeding these numbers could potentially result in irreparable damage to the Client's website.

    Indemnification

    1. Indemnification for Exceeding Ticket Limits: Should the Client choose to exceed the maximum ticket limits of 100,000 tickets per competition and/or 1,000 tickets per individual user, the Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers, and any third-party information providers from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable solicitors' fees, resulting from any violation of this Agreement or any activity related to the Client's server (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by the Client or any other person accessing the Service using the Client's server.
    2. Future System Testing: The Client understands that if the Company later tests the system for higher ticket limits and deems those limits to be acceptable, such newly tested limits will automatically become the new thresholds for the purposes of indemnification under this Agreement, without the need for any further written agreement.
    3. Acknowledgement of Understanding: By submitting this form, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
